Salary range: ₦130,000 – ₦170,000 per month, depending on experience

About Us

El-Jahab Mubarak Nig. Ltd is a family-owned manufacturer with roots going back to 1975. Since 1988, we have been the approved indigenous producer of military accoutrements for the Nigerian Armed Forces. We make uniforms, badges, embroidery, peak caps, lanyards, ceremonial items and more for the military, police, para-military services and the private sector. Our all-in-one factory in Kaduna runs modern tailoring, embroidery, monogramming and heat-transfer printing equipment.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor/Project Manager to keep production running on schedule and make sure every product meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ongoing production projects from start to finish, tracking progress against deadlines
• Assign tasks to production staff and make sure work is done correctly and on time
• Inspect finished products before they are bagged for sale or delivery, and confirm they meet our standards and the customer's specifications
• Flag defects, send products back for rework and help fix the cause
• Coordinate with the production, design and delivery teams so orders go out complete
• Give management regular updates on project status, delays and quality issues
• Enforce workplace discipline, safety and cleanliness on the factory floor
• Occasional travel to our Abuja office for client meetings if needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Good computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), professional email writing and preparing simple reports and presentations
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

Added Advantage

• Experience supervising or managing a team of workers in a factory, warehouse or similar production environment
• Previous work on a factory floor, or experience managing a factory
• Experience in garment, textile, embroidery or other manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality control or inspection processes
